1. About IB Psych Hub

IB Psych Hub (ibpsychhub.com) is an independent educational platform for students studying IB Psychology. It is operated by an IB Psychology teacher based in Hong Kong. IB Psych Hub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way connected to the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO). "IB" and "International Baccalaureate" are registered trademarks of the International Baccalaureate Organization, used here solely for descriptive purposes to identify the curriculum this platform supports.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IB Psych Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

3. Eligibility and Access

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract content from the platform in bulk
• Use AI-generated content from this platform as your own work in assessed IB coursework or examinations

5. Intellectual Property

All original content on IB Psych Hub — including notes, model answers, mark schemes, guides, and platform design — is the intellectual property of IB Psych Hub and its creator. You may use this content for your personal study only. Redistribution, resale, or publication of any content, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

References to IB Psychology syllabus content, assessment criteria, and command terms are based on publicly available IB curriculum documents and are used for educational commentary purposes only.

6. AI Marking — Limitations and Disclaimer

IB Psych Hub uses AI to provide feedback on practice answers based on teacher-provided mark schemes. This AI feedback is intended as a learning tool only. It is not a guarantee of exam performance, and it does not replicate the official IB marking process. AI feedback may contain errors or omissions. You should not rely solely on AI feedback to assess your readiness for IB examinations. Final assessment is always conducted by IBO-appointed examiners following official IB marking procedures.

7. No Guarantee of Results

IB Psych Hub does not guarantee any particular examination outcome, grade, or result. The platform is a revision and practice tool. Your performance in IB examinations depends on many factors beyond the use of this platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

IB Psych Hub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IB Psych Hub and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, errors in AI feedback, or reliance on platform content for examination preparation.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
