What is the beta period?
IB Psych Hub is currently in open beta. This means all premium features — AI marking, model answer frameworks, copy & download — are completely free for all logged-in users while we test and improve the platform.
Will I be charged during beta?
No. The 'Coming Soon' buttons on the paid plans are placeholders. No payment is required or accepted during the beta period.
What happens when beta ends?
We'll give advance notice before beta ends. At that point, you'll be able to choose a plan. Free account holders will retain access to all free-tier features.
Why do I need to log in for some features?
Login lets us save your work, personalise your experience, and protect AI-powered features from abuse. Creating an account is free and takes under a minute.
Can I cancel a monthly plan?
Yes — monthly plans are billed upfront for the duration you choose (1–11 months) and do not auto-renew unless you choose to renew.
